Here is a sneak peak of the forthcoming Wrexham County Borough Council Christmas eCard delivered by the Chief Executive to all her networking buddies. This years card has been created in After Effects, with a little bit of Illustrator too.
The brief was for it was stripped back following last years ‘Powtoon’ entry. The words ‘classy’, ‘plain’, ‘simple’ and ‘elegant’ were all scribbled down in some note taking with the Council’s Corporate & Customer Services Communications’ manager. I wanted it to be short and snappy, but something that the viewer would want to carry on watching ‘Vine’ style.
